Not all houses carry good memories, and perhaps it is better that the block is no longer standing. A dark part of personal history can be laid to rest, in a time where history feels increasingly accelerated. Perhaps it is for the better that the ongoing pace of history pushes the recent past into obscurity and misremembered memories. Sometimes we want to forget a memory. As the memory heads into intentional decay, do we still hold onto parts of it, and what is the value of an intentionally decayed memory?
